Since moving to Oregon in 2015, I have gained over 8 years of business leadership experience in the US, overseeing all divisions of Portland’s beloved HOTLIPS Pizza brand, which was established in 1984.

I directed operations across six restaurant locations, commissary, catering, and soda brand. Led 170 employees while managing 10 direct reports including restaurant managers and corporate office personnel. Co-managed with company owners a further four department heads.

I managed media, marketing, and public relations, building brand strategy and utilizing my wide-ranging production skillset.

This role required a clear vision for policy, training, and project development, supported by outstanding organizational, coaching, and communication skills.

I hold a SHRM-CP accreditation, attained in July 2024 and now, as Guest Services Manager at the Oregon Zoo, I focus on leading frontline teams and optimizing operations to ensure a positive experience for over a million annual visitors.
